Bulbils of Yellow Onion Stuttgart. The most cultivated and most famous variety on the amateur market, it produces a beautiful flattened bulb of golden yellow color with a diameter of 8-10 cm.
Calibre 14/21: in one Kg there are approximately 300/350 bulbils
Sowing: from October to March.
Harvest: from mid-June to July
Planting distance: 5-10 cm on the row; 20-25 cm between the rows (from 40 to 90 bulblets/m2, depending on the size of the bulb you want to obtain)
In case of autumn planting, a certain percentage of seedlings going to seed is to be considered normal since these are long-day varieties (spring sowing).
