Molino Agostini Flour seeds of Cannabis Sativa Bio (Certified Organic). It is a flour more digestible and rich in nutrients compared to the classic ones. It can be mixed up to 45% with cereal flours.
Amber brown in color, slightly impalpable, hemp flour provides preparations with a wealth of precious nutrients, giving a light hazelnut flavor and a nice brown color to the doughs where it is added. It is naturally gluten-free. To obtain a complete dough, more digestible and rich in beneficial nutrients for both the stomach and intestine, it can be used in all preparations in which flour is necessary: bread, pizza, shortcrust pastry and desserts in general, but also pasta and gnocchi.
In the preparation of sweets and biscuits it allows to halve the quantity of fats because the flour itself already contains a fatty substance: hemp oil.

Hemp seed flour is obtained by pressing the seeds in a metal screw press; the residual panel that is obtained is ground and reduced to powder in a mill, obtaining a soft flour. Amber brown in color, slightly impalpable, the flour
Hemp flour adds a wealth of precious nutrients to preparations, giving a light hazelnut flavour and a nice brown colour to the dough where it is added.
It is naturally gluten-free. (It may contain traces of cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut) and
derivatives, soy and soy products, sesame seeds and sesame seed products.)
For baking, we recommend mixing it with other flours (kamut, wheat, rice, rye or spelt) in a proportion of 7% to 15%, to obtain a complete dough, more digestible and rich in beneficial nutrients for both the stomach and the intestine; in fact, hemp flour
It provides essential amino acids and omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, but also minerals, fiber, vitamins. It protects the natural cell turnover and strengthens the immune system. Finally, hemp seed flour is rich in fiber.
Excellent for preparing vegetable omelettes, it can also be consumed as is by adding 1-2 teaspoons to yogurt or vegetable milk.
When using it in the preparation of cakes and biscuits, remember to halve the amount of fat (the dose of butter, margarine or oil), because Hemp Seed Flour already contains Hemp oil.
It can be mixed with white flour and used in all preparations where flour is required:
- in bread, cake and pizza dough
- in the crepe batter and the béchamel sauce
- homemade pasta
- gnocchi
- shortcrust pastry
- general knowledge
It also proves to be a healthy and delicious alternative for the preparation of sauces and gravies.
