Flevox is a spot-on antiparasitic solution for dogs and cats. This product is based on fipronil, the most widely used molecule in the treatment of flea and tick infestations in our four-legged friends. Flevox comes in 5 different dosages (for each size of dog and cat) and in 2 different packages, of 1 and 36 pipettes, to allow greater flexibility in the choice of treatment. From now on you can fight fleas and ticks with a truly customized treatment: 1, 2, 3 months... or the whole season!

Active ingredient: FIPRONIL Excipients: Butylated hydroxyanisole (E320) 0.536 mg - Butylated hydroxytoluene (E321) 0.268 mg.
SUGGESTIONS:
In dogs for the treatment of infestations by fleas (Ctenocephalides spp.) and biting lice (Trichodectes canis). The insecticidal activity against new infestations by adult fleas persists for 8 weeks. Fleas that subsequently settle are killed within 48 hours of application to the animal. The product can be used in the programme for the control of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD) if this has been previously diagnosed by a veterinarian. The product has not demonstrated an immediate acaricidal effect against ticks but has demonstrated persistent acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks against Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Dermacentorreticulatus and for up to 3 weeks against Ixodes Ricinus. If ticks of these species are present when the product is applied, not all may be killed within the first 48 hours, but they may be killed within a week. In the absence of available data, do not use in puppies under 8 weeks of age or in dogs weighing less than 2 kg. Do not use in sick animals (systemic diseases, fever, etc.) or convalescent animals. Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to fipronil or to any of the excipients. Do not administer orally. METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION: For topical cutaneous application only. Apply a 1.34 ml pipette for dogs weighing 10 to 20 kg. The minimum application interval is 4 weeks. Part the fur on the animal's shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and squeeze gradually until the contents are completely emptied onto the skin. It is important to ensure that the product is applied to an area where the animal cannot lick it off and to ensure that animals do not lick each other after application. Avoid getting the animal's fur too wet as this creates a sticky appearance of the fur at the treatment site. However, if this does happen, it will disappear within 24 hours of application but may persist for up to 2 weeks.
