Eco-friendly, high-quality straw bedding for horses, chickens, hens and rabbits.
The straw our litter is made of comes from cereals grown in Italian fields. Durum and soft wheat, spelt and barley are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and irrigation and the straw is processed solely mechanically.
Our straw is mainly used as a natural and eco-sustainable bedding for horses during the stabling phase.
With an absorption capacity of 200% of its weight, it remains dry for a long time and provides maximum comfort.
Characteristics:

- Dust-free : Thanks to the special production process, which includes dust removal before packaging, we can ensure that the litter is 100% dust-free, making the litter ideal for horses with allergies or respiratory problems.

How to use?
First Use:
It is important to gradually accustom the horse to the new litter: during the daily cleaning, integrate the current litter with our litter in small quantities, until reaching the complete replacement within 7-10 days.
Yield:
1 bag of 13 kg is perfect for 4 square meters. We recommend using 4 packs for a horse box.
Daily:
Remove manure piles daily with a litter fork.
Weekly
Remove dried urine piles and wet parts of the litter box every week.
Sprinkle a whole bag to maintain the initial volume
Remove all litter every 4-5 weeks, thoroughly clean the box and sprinkle in new litter.
Advise
If you are switching from traditional straw to straw bedding, it is recommended that you give your horses a small portion of straw or hay. The sudden change from edible to non-edible waste may cause discomfort in some horses.
